Who is Vacant Property Care?
Vacant Property Care was created by its Owners, Pat and Katrina Bradley who are seasoned veterans of the property industry. Their experience ranges from house fix-up, repairs to project management of building extensions and property development.
They also have more than 40 years successful management of tenants; professionals, families, students, holiday lets and corporate lets.
Pat is a Civil Engineer, with an MBA. He has worked for a number of years with Roadstone and is well connected within the construction industry.
Katrina has a degree in Business Studies and Quality Engineering and knows the all importance of providing a quality service that exceeds client expectations.
